This is the second hooded jacket I have purchased from Columbia. Surprisingly even though a similar style purchased last year was a perfect fit this one is slightly smaller and a little snug around the middle. Also I was surprised to see how thin the jacket was as compared to the one purchased last season. the real cold weather has not hit us here yet so it is hard to say if the jacket will give equilivent warmth. But winter is coming and we will see. It may help to have more thermal details in the description. Overall I bought this for the quality of manufacture as the last years one is in still good shape after a full winter. So far the quality is appearing as equal to the previous jacket.
