3X is really more like 2X- Need to size up over XL

Jacket seems nice but runs absurdly large. I'm 6'3", 180lbs and normally wear a M or L depending on the brand. I have another Columbia M jacket that fits well so ordered this one in a M, but it fits like a XL; I was swimming in the thing. I haven't bought a size S anything, ever, but I guess I need to size down for this one.

This jacket fits exactly what I was searching for: waterproof, lightweight but not cropped style (it hits the upper part of my butt), plenty of pockets, easy to layer. The fit is perfect
