Doesn't have elastic or knitted stretch cuffs to keep the cold out. Snaps on sleeves are too loose and ineffective. No drawstring around waist. The drawstring around the bottom is poorly positioned as it tightens around your legs or seat. Otherwise, a nicely constructed mid-weight parka.
